Honee’ Garlic Tofu

INGRIDIENTS

  1. Press and drain tofu
  2. Slice into cubes
  3. Season with avocado oil, coconut aminos, garlic powder, onion powder, Cajun seasoning, paprika, and corn starch.
  4. In a pan, add avocado oil and a little butter on medium heat.
  5. Fry tofu to your desired texture
  6. Remove tofu.
  7. In pan add a little butter and garlic paste, then add coconut aminos and honee (substitute agave, brown sugar, or mirin sweet sake) until thickened.
  8. Add tofu back into the pan and stir.
