Honee’ Garlic Tofu

INGRIDIENTS
- Press and drain tofu
- Slice into cubes
- Season with avocado oil, coconut aminos, garlic powder, onion powder, Cajun seasoning, paprika, and corn starch.
- In a pan, add avocado oil and a little butter on medium heat.
- Fry tofu to your desired texture
- Remove tofu.
- In pan add a little butter and garlic paste, then add coconut aminos and honee (substitute agave, brown sugar, or mirin sweet sake) until thickened.
- Add tofu back into the pan and stir.
