Homemade Banana Pudding !!

Ingredients:
4 tablespoons of butter

12 tablespoons of sugar

8 tablespoons of cornstarch

3 beaten egg yolks

1/2 teaspoon of salt

4 cups of milk to 5 cups of milk depending on how thick you like your pudding

4 teaspoons of vanilla

Vanilla Wafers

Bananas

Directions:

  1. Combine sugar, cornstarch, salt, butter, vanilla, milk, and beaten eggs.
  2. Cook until thickened stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Layer bananas and vanilla wafers in a bowl alternating with pudding. Store leftovers in the fridge.
