Home Made The Best Fudgy Keto Brownies

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2/3 cup granulated erythritol (like Lakanto or Swerve)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Optional: 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips or chopped nuts

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Line a small square baking pan with parchment paper or grease it well.
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan or microwave. Add cocoa powder and erythritol. Stir until smooth.
  3. Let it cool slightly, then whisk in eggs one at a time. Add vanilla.
  4. Add almond flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix until just combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips or nuts if using.
  6. Pour the batter into the pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 18–22 minutes. Don’t overbake – the center should be just set for a fudgy texture.
  8. Cool completely before slicing (the hardest part – but worth the wait!).
