High Protein Spinach Dip

1 cup greek yogurt

1 cup full fat cottage cheese

1 envelope Knorrs Vegetable Recipe Mix

1 10oz frozen spinach thawed and drained

once your spinach is thawed, place it in a strainer and ring it out until 99% of the liquid is gone. Add to a bowl, then mix in the yogurt, the cottage cheese, add the envelope of Knorrs mix.. stir until well combined. Chill in the refrigerator for approximately one hour prior to serving.
