High-Protein Savory Red Lentil Loaf

Ingredients:

– 1 cup red lentils, soaked overnight

– 1/2 cup water

– 1 teaspoon baking powder

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a small loaf pan.

2. Blend soaked lentils and water in a food processor until smooth.

3. Add baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and oregano. Blend again.

4. Pour the mixture into the loaf pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until firm.

5. Let cool before slicing and serving.
