Grilled pork chop
Ingredients for marinate
4 pcs sliced lean pork
2 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp rosemary
2-3 tbsp Lea n Perrin’s sauce
1 tbsp corn flour
Salt to taste
Dash of pepper
Butter for grilling
Method
1. Marinate the pork meat wt above ingredients
for over night in the fridge
2. Heat the non stick pan wt 2-3 tbsp of butter
grill the pork meat over medium heat..keep
turning both sides till the ribs well cook
done, ready to serve
