Green pea stew with vegan minced meat

Ingredients:
500gr precooked green peas
250gr carrots (I used frozen baby carrots)
One large onion
2 heaped tablespoons of tomato paste
180 gr vegan minced meat (I used from the vegetarian butcher)
500 gr boiled water
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Salt
Preparation :
Onions are diced and caramelized with olive oil. Then add the tomato paste and fry together for another 5 min. Then add the vegan minced meat substitute, carrots, green peas and cook for another 5 minutes. Then add the boiled water and salt and cook with the lid on the lowest heat for 30 min. When the pot is finished cooking, the black pepper is added and served with the rice.
