8 Pepperoni
Seasoning of choice
-Preheat oven to 350.
-Create 8 stacks of mozzarella on parchment paper (on baking sheet).
-Top with pepperoni.
-Bake 7 mins!
*For extra crispy, broil the last minute or 2!
Low Carb marinara or ranch for dipping!
