2 cups Ritz Bits Cheese Crackers (or similar mini cheese crackers)
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Optional: a pinch of Italian seasoning or grated Parmesan for extra flavor
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 250°F (120°C).
Prepare the Seasoning: In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, dried parsley, onion powder, salt, and any optional seasonings like Italian seasoning or Parmesan.
Coat the Crackers: Place the Ritz Bits in a large mixing bowl. Pour the melted butter over them and gently toss until they are evenly coated.
Add the Seasoning: Sprinkle the seasoning mix over the buttered crackers and toss again to ensure even coverage.
Bake: Spread the crackers in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10–15 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the crackers are golden and crispy.
Cool and Serve: Allow the crackers to cool completely before serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
