Garlic Bread Ritz Bits
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Ritz Bits Cheese Crackers (or similar mini cheese crackers)
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Optional: a pinch of Italian seasoning or grated Parmesan for extra flavor
Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 250°F (120°C).
- Prepare the Seasoning: In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, dried parsley, onion powder, salt, and any optional seasonings like Italian seasoning or Parmesan.
- Coat the Crackers: Place the Ritz Bits in a large mixing bowl. Pour the melted butter over them and gently toss until they are evenly coated.
- Add the Seasoning: Sprinkle the seasoning mix over the buttered crackers and toss again to ensure even coverage.
- Bake: Spread the crackers in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10–15 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the crackers are golden and crispy.
- Cool and Serve: Allow the crackers to cool completely before serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
