English Muffin Pizzas

So, all you WW people. I made myself a nice little 5 point lunch. and thought I’d share. It’s probably less than 5 points, but I round it up to make me feel guilty since I Only have a whopping 23 points a day.
I’ve been craving pizza. Not a slice – but a WHOLE pizza! Hmmm, better nip that craving in the bud asap!
Ingredients
One english muffin (1 pt each half)
One roma tomato, sliced lengthwise (0 pts)
1/4 cup of low-fat-part-skim blah blah grated mozzarella cheese(1-3 pts)
Some Lawry’s garlic salt
Some oregano flakes
Some basil flakes
A spritz of EVOO spray

Instructions
Halve your muffin 😳
Add 3 slices of the tomato, sprinkle with the seasonings. Add 1/2 the cheese, spritz with olive oil.
Do all that again with the other muffin half.
Broil for 10 minutes in the toaster oven. Make sure it’s not too close to the heating element (i used the “toast” level and the “broil” setting).

My Pizza craving is cured.
(The muffin is two points The cheese is three points; if you use the part-skim; if you use no fat it’s one point) The more tomato you use, the fuller you get!
