Egg White Chips
Ingredients
- ▢4 Egg Whites
- ▢1 tablespoon Water
- ▢Shredded Cheddar / Mozzarella Cheese
- ▢Salt to taste
Instructions
- Start by preheating the oven to 400°F and greasing a muffin tin with cooking spray or melted butter.
- Thin the egg whites with the water. Add an equal amount of egg white to each muffin cavity (I used one with 12 cavities).
- Top each with a small amount of cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool for about 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
