Easy Greek Yogurt Cake
What We Used
- Mixing Bowl
- 6 Inch Round Pan
- Cheap Kitchen Scale
- Oven
Ingredients
- 3 Large Whole Eggs
- 1-2 Tablespoons Sweetener
- 1 Cup Greek Yogurt – Use a high protein one!
- ¼ Cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 ½ Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 3 Tablespoons Corn Starch
- ½ Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2-1 Scoop Protein Powder – *Optional
Instructions
- Mix, blend, or process all of your ingredients together until smooth
- Choose a pan (regular or nonstick)
- You can make this in a bread pan, cake pan, muffin pan, and so on
- If you’re not using a non-stick pan, line your pan with parchment paper or coat it with cooking spray
- Pour in your mix and top it with whatever you want, if anything
- Bake it on 350F/176C for around 30-35 minutes depending on what you’re using
