Dumplings in Air Fryer

Ingredients:
- Wonton/dumpling wraps
- 1 ¼ pounds ground chicken
- 6 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
- ½ cup thinly sliced green onions
- 5 cups finely chopped cabbage
- 2 tablespoons sesame/olive oil
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl mix the chicken, garlic, ginger, green onions, cabbage, oil, and soy sauce. Give them a good mix and set them aside.
- Put 1 full teaspoon of chicken filling on each wonton skin and fold them. The folding should not be uninformed but it should be sealed properly.
- Place the dumplings in the air fryer basket in a single layer and spray a thin layer of oil to prevent them from sticking to the bottom of the basket. And you’ll get crispy dumplings at the end.
- Cook the chicken dumplings at 195C/380F degrees for 10 minutes or until the dumplings are golden and cooked through. Toss/shake the sir fryer basket halfway through the cooking process.
- Serve your dumplings with the dipping sauce and enjoy.
