Crispy Broccoli Cheese Bites Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of broccoli florets (steamed and finely chopped)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil spray (for greasing)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Steam the broccoli florets until tender, then chop them finely.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the steamed broccoli, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Crack the egg into the mixture and stir everything until well combined.
  5. Form the mixture into small bite-sized balls or patties using your hands.
  6. Place the bites on the baking sheet and lightly spray them with olive oil.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden and crispy on the outside.
  8. Let them cool slightly before serving.
