Crispy Broccoli Cheese Bites Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of broccoli florets (steamed and finely chopped)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Olive oil spray (for greasing)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Steam the broccoli florets until tender, then chop them finely.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the steamed broccoli, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Crack the egg into the mixture and stir everything until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small bite-sized balls or patties using your hands.
- Place the bites on the baking sheet and lightly spray them with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden and crispy on the outside.
- Let them cool slightly before serving.
