2 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie or boiled)
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)
1/4 cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Chopped green onions or parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Add Cheese: Stir in half of the shredded cheddar cheese into the mixture.
Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the chicken mixture into a greased baking dish. Spread it evenly.
Top with Cheese: Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese over the top of the chicken mixture.
Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
