Creamy Keto Buffalo Chicken
Ingredients:
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie or boiled)
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped green onions or parsley for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Add Cheese: Stir in half of the shredded cheddar cheese into the mixture.
- Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the chicken mixture into a greased baking dish. Spread it evenly.
- Top with Cheese: Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese over the top of the chicken mixture.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions or parsley. Serve warm with celery sticks or your favorite low-carb snacks.
