Coffee mousse dessert in 5 minutes!
Ingredients:
Nescafè coffee: 35 g (4 tablespoons)
Sugar: 120 g (2/3 cup)
Very cold water: 140 ml (2/3 cup)
33-36% whipped cream: 400 ml (1.5 cups)
Condensed milk: 80 ml (1/3 cup)
Biscuits: 3 pieces

Method:
Coffee Preparation:
In a large bowl, add 35g of Nescafe Coffee, 120g of sugar and 140ml of very cold water.
Stir until the sugar has completely dissolved.
Assemble the Coffee Blend:
Use an electric mixer to beat the coffee mixture until smooth and frothy.
Preparation of the whipped cream:
In a separate bowl, pour 400 ml of 33-36% fresh cream.
Beat the cream with the mixer until it becomes fluffy and forms stiff peaks.
Combine with Condensed Milk:
Gently add 80ml of condensed milk to the whipped cream, stirring from bottom to top to maintain a fluffy texture.
Assembly:
Grab some dessert glasses and start assembling the dessert.
Place a spoonful of the coffee cream in the bottom of each glass.
Add some of the whipped cream with condensed milk on top of the coffee cream.
Crumble 1 biscuit for each glass and spread it over the whipped cream.
Decoration:
Transfer the rest of the whipped cream into a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle.
Decorate the top of each glass with whipped cream, creating a beautiful decorative pattern.
Grate some chocolate over each glass for a delicious finishing touch.
Refrigerate the glasses for at least 1 hour before serving, to allow the dessert to firm up and intensify the flavors. This coffee dessert in a glass is now ready to be enjoyed!
