Chocolate Pumpkin Bread
INGREDIENTS:
- Large eggs 2
- Granulated brown sugar 1/4 cup
- 3/4 cup of canned pumpkin
- Unsweetened applesauce 1/3 cup
- Two teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice
- Half a cup of PB2 powder with one-fourth water
- Crushed Cinnamon 1 tsp
- Baking powder one teaspoon full and a half
- Flour 1 cup
- Mini chocolate chips 4 tbsp
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Heat the oven to 350 degrees temperature.
- Next, spread cooking spray over the nine-by-five-inch nonstick loaf pan.
- With the help of an electric mixer, mix eggs and sugar in a bowl.
- After that, add canned pumpkin and applesauce to the egg batter.
- To make it velvety and uniform, whip it for several minutes. Set aside.
- Next, add PB2 powder to the water. Mix thoroughly until the powder dissolves.
- Mix this powder mixture with the applesauce batter.
- Then, add peanut butter. Whisk it for fifty to seventy seconds.
- After that, add baking powder, crushed cinnamon, pumpkin pie spicy, and half mini chocolates to this mixture.
- Mix all items. The batter is ready.
- Place this pumpkin mixture into the pan. Sprinkle the leftover mini chocolate chips on top.
- Bake it in the oven for forty to fifty minutes.
- After that, leave the pan for a few minutes to cool.
