Chocolate chip oatmeal cookies

1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar

4. 1/2 oz quick oats

2 1/4 cup flour

tsp vanilla

1/2 unsweetened applesauce

1 tsp salt

2 oz mini chocolate chips

1/4 cup boiling water

1 tsp baking soda

2 T thawed apple juice

1/2 cup low cal margarine

Mix brown sugar. Applesauce. Apple juice. Margarine it will look curdled. Boil water mix baking soda and vanilla add to sugar mixture. Add the rest of ingredients. Preheat oven to 350. Drop by tablespoon full on sprayed pan. 2 points a cookie. They are so good! My kids even love them!
