Chocolate Banana Oatmeal

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup rolled oats (use quick oats for a smoother texture)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or water)
  • ½ banana, mashed
  • 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional, adjust for points)
  • 1 tbsp mini dark chocolate chips (optional, adjust for points)

Instructions:

  1. In a small saucepan, heat the almond milk (or water) over medium heat.
  2. Stir in the oats and let them cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the mashed banana, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Stir well.
  4. Once the oatmeal reaches your desired consistency, remove from heat.
  5. Drizzle with maple syrup or honey if using, and sprinkle with mini chocolate chips.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy your guilt-free chocolatey breakfast!
