Chocolate Banana Oatmeal

Ingredients:
- ½ cup rolled oats (use quick oats for a smoother texture)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or water)
- ½ banana, mashed
- 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
- 1 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional, adjust for points)
- 1 tbsp mini dark chocolate chips (optional, adjust for points)
Instructions:
- In a small saucepan, heat the almond milk (or water) over medium heat.
- Stir in the oats and let them cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the mashed banana, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Stir well.
- Once the oatmeal reaches your desired consistency, remove from heat.
- Drizzle with maple syrup or honey if using, and sprinkle with mini chocolate chips.
- Serve warm and enjoy your guilt-free chocolatey breakfast!
