Cheese Pineapple Sandwich Spread

Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 ½ cups American processed cheese, shredded (Eden)
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine crushed pineapple, shredded cheese, and mayonnaise. Season with salt to taste. Stir well.
  • Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

Notes

The mixture will be a little loose at first; give it a few minutes to chill and firm up in the refrigerator.
