Broccoli and Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breast

Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup broccoli florets, steamed and finely chopped
2 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon olive oil
Toothpicks or kitchen twine
Directions:
Preparation: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Chicken Prep: Using a sharp knife, cut a pocket into the side of each chicken breast, being careful not to cut all the way through.
Broccoli Cheese Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the steamed broccoli, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well-combined.
Stuff Chicken: Stuff each chicken pocket with the broccoli cheese mixture, dividing it equally among the chicken breasts. Secure the chicken breasts with toothpicks or tie with kitchen twine to keep the stuffing inside.
Season: Season the outside of the chicken breasts with a sprinkle of paprika, salt, and pepper.
Cook: In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken breasts, presentation side down, and sear for about 3-4 minutes, or until nicely browned. Flip the chicken over and transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.
Bake: Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the middle.
Serve: Once cooked, carefully remove the toothpicks or kitchen twine and serve the broccoli and cheese-stuffed chicken breasts with your favorite side dishes.
