Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 1 cup erythritol or your preferred keto sweetener
- 4 large eggs

- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any unsweetened nut milk)
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
