Here’s a recipe for a delicious and easy Baked Cottage Cheese Egg Bake:

Ingredients: 

8 large eggs
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Optional: chopped vegetables like spinach, bell peppers, or onions

Instructions:

Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Combine ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, cottage cheese, milk, cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir in any desired vegetables.
Bake: Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until set.
