Bacon-wrapped Brussels Sprouts
Bacon-wrapped Brussels Sprouts (prepared in an air fryer)
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
2 cloves of garlic
Salt and pepper, to your preference
Instructions:
Combine the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
Add in 1 & 1/2 pounds of Brussels sprouts, making sure they are washed and halved if necessary.
Gently toss the Brussels sprouts in the mixture to ensure they are coated evenly.
Take each Brussels sprout and wrap it with half a piece of bacon, securing it with a toothpick.
Place the prepared bacon-wrapped Brussels sprouts in an air fryer.
Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 15 minutes, until they are crispy and cooked to your liking.
Once cooked, enjoy this delicious dish!
