Bacon, Egg, And Cheese Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of bacon
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 slice of cheese (cheddar, American, or your choice)
  • 2 slices of bread (toasted)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter or cooking spray for cooking

Instructions:

  1. Cook the bacon: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until it’s crispy. This usually takes about 5-7 minutes per side. Once cooked, remove the bacon from the skillet and place it on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess grease.
  2. Cook the egg: In the same skillet, crack the egg and cook it to your desired doneness. You can either fry it sunny-side up, over easy, or scramble it. Season with salt and pepper to taste while cooking.
  3. Assemble the sandwich: Place one slice of cheese on one slice of toasted bread. Then, add the cooked bacon on top of the cheese. Next, add the cooked egg on top of the bacon.
  4. Top with the other slice of toasted bread to form a sandwich.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich!
