Avocado graham shake

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 cup cold milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers (plus extra for topping)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tablespoons sugar (optional, adjust to taste)
  • Ice cubes (optional)
  • Whipped cream (optional, for topping)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Avocados: Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a blender.
  2. Blend Ingredients: Add the cold milk, sweetened condensed milk, crushed graham crackers, and vanilla extract to the blender. If you prefer a sweeter shake, add sugar to taste. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Adjust Consistency: If the shake is too thick, add a little more milk. If you prefer it colder and thicker, add a few ice cubes and blend again.
  4. Serve: Pour the avocado shake into glasses.
  5. Top and Garnish: Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with extra crushed graham crackers for garnish.
