Ingredients:
- 1 lb (about 450g) baby potatoes, washed and halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, or to taste
- Optional: chopped fresh herbs (such as rosemary or thyme) for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3 minutes.
- Prepare the potatoes by washing them thoroughly and cutting them in half. If using larger potatoes, cut them into smaller, bite-sized pieces.
- Season the potatoes: In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Air Fry the potatoes: Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd (you may need to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer).
- Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy on the outside, and tender on the inside. Cooking time may vary based on the size of your potatoes and the air fryer model, so adjust as needed.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped fresh herbs if desired.
