Air Fryer Ravioli
Ingredients:
- Frozen or fresh ravioli
- Cooking spray or olive oil (for spraying or brushing the ravioli)
- Marinara sauce or any other dipping sauce of your choice
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for garnish)
- Fresh basil or parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for a few minutes.
- Prepare the Ravioli: If using frozen ravioli, there’s no need to thaw them. If using fresh ravioli, make sure they’re not overly moist to prevent sticking. You can pat them dry with a paper towel if needed.
- Coat the Ravioli: Lightly spray or brush the ravioli with cooking spray or a small amount of olive oil. This will help them become crispy in the air fryer.
- Arrange in the Air Fryer: Place the ravioli in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Make sure they’re not touching or overlapping to ensure even cooking.
- Air Fry: Cook the ravioli in the preheated air fryer for about 8-10 minutes. You might want to check them after 5-6 minutes to ensure they’re cooking evenly. They should become golden brown and crispy.
- Serve: Remove the air-fried ravioli from the air fryer and let them cool for a minute. Serve them hot with marinara sauce for dipping. You can sprinkle some grated Parmesan cheese and fresh basil or parsley on top for added flavor and presentation.
- Enjoy: Enjoy your crispy air-fried ravioli while they’re still warm and dip them into the marinara sauce for a delightful snack or appetizer.
Note:
- Cooking times may vary depending on your air fryer model, so keep an eye on the ravioli to avoid overcooking.
- You can customize the filling of the ravioli to your preference, such as cheese, spinach, or meat-filled ravioli.
- Feel free to experiment with different dipping sauces, like pesto, alfredo sauce, or even a spicy Sriracha mayo….
