air fryer pork chop

Ingredients:

  • Pork chops
  • Olive oil (or your preferred cooking oil)
  • Seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, or your choice)
  • Optional marinade or sauce

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375-400°F (190-200°C). The exact temperature may vary depending on your air fryer model.
  2. Prepare the Pork Chops: Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels. You can use boneless or bone-in chops, whatever you prefer. Brush both sides with a little olive oil. Season the chops with salt, pepper, and your choice of seasonings or spices. You can use a variety of spices, such as garlic powder, paprika, thyme, or rosemary, to suit your taste.
  3. Air Fry the Pork Chops: Place the seasoned pork chops in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Make sure there is some space between them to allow for proper air circulation. Depending on the thickness of your chops, you’ll need to adjust the cooking time. A good starting point is to cook them for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. Check for Doneness: Pork chops should reach an internal temperature of at least 145°F (63°C) for safe consumption. Use a meat thermometer to check the temperature. If they haven’t reached the desired temperature, continue cooking in 2-3 minute increments until done.
  5. Rest the Pork Chops: Once the pork chops are done, remove them from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes. This allows the juices to redistribute, ensuring a juicy and tender result.
  6. Optional: Add Sauce or Glaze: If you like, you can brush the pork chops with your favorite sauce or glaze in the last few minutes of cooking for extra flavor. This can be barbecue sauce, honey mustard, or any other sauce you prefer.
  7. Serve: Plate your air fryer pork chops and enjoy…
