Air Fryer Poached Eggs

Ingredients:

  • Eggs (as many as you want to poach)
  • Cooking spray or oil (optional, for greasing)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Your Air Fryer:

  2. Prepare the Eggs:
    • Break each egg into a small bowl or ramekin. This helps ensure the egg stays intact and makes it easier to slide into the air fryer basket.
  3. Grease the Air Fryer Basket (Optional):
    • Lightly grease the air fryer basket with cooking spray or a small amount of oil. This can help prevent the eggs from sticking.
  4. Poach the Eggs:
    • Carefully slide each egg from the bowl into the air fryer basket, making sure they are spaced apart to allow even cooking.
    • Place the basket into the preheated air fryer.
  5. Cook the Eggs:
    • Cook the eggs in the air fryer at 300°F (150°C) for about 6-8 minutes, depending on how runny or firm you like your poached eggs. Adjust the cooking time based on your preference and the specific characteristics of your air fryer.
  6. Check for Doneness:
