Ingredients:

  • 8 oz pasta (penne, farfalle, or rigatoni work well)
  • 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the pasta: Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and let it cool slightly.
  2. Season the pasta: In a large bowl, toss the cooked pasta with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, and salt. Make sure the pasta is evenly coated.
  3. Air fry: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the pasta in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the pasta is crispy and golden brown.
  4. Serve: Remove the pasta chips from the air fryer and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, if desired. Serve with marinara sauce, Alfredo sauce, or your favorite dip.
