Air fryer Garlic Butter Roasted Mushrooms

Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450 g) whole mushrooms (button or cremini), cleaned and stems trimmed
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves (or ½ tsp dried thyme)
- ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:
- Prep the Mushrooms:
Clean the mushrooms thoroughly and pat them dry with a paper towel. Trim the stems if necessary. - Make Garlic Butter Mixture:
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well. - Coat the Mushrooms:
Place the mushrooms in a large mixing bowl. Pour the garlic butter mixture over them and toss until all the mushrooms are evenly coated. - Air Fry the Mushrooms:
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
- Place the mushrooms in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the mushrooms are tender and slightly golden.
- Optional Parmesan Topping:
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the mushrooms during the last 2 minutes of cooking for a cheesy, savory finish. - Garnish and Serve:
Remove the mushrooms from the air fryer, garnish with freshly chopped parsley, and serve warm.
