Air fryer FRITTATA

Ingredients:
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk or cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup chopped vegetables (such as bell peppers, onions, spinach, mushrooms, etc.)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
- Optional: cooked meat such as bacon or sausage
Instructions:
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (180°C) for about 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk or cream, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Add the chopped vegetables and shredded cheese to the egg mixture and stir until evenly distributed.
- If using cooked meat, crumble or chop it into small pieces and add it to the egg mixture as well.
- Grease the air fryer basket or tray with a little oil or cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Pour the egg mixture into the greased air fryer basket or tray, spreading it out evenly.
- Place the basket or tray into the preheated air fryer and cook for 12-15 minutes, or until the frittata is set and lightly golden on top.
- Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick or knife into the center of the frittata. If it comes out clean, the frittata is ready.
- Once cooked, carefully remove the frittata from the air fryer and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
- Serve the frittata warm, either on its own or with a side salad or crusty bread.
