Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower Wings

Ingredients
1 head of Cauliflower
1 cup of Almond Flour
1 cup of Three Trees Almond Oat Milk
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
1 tsp Nutritional Yeast
Mix all these dry ingredients in a bowl.
Wash your cauliflower. Cut it into nugget size.
Then put the cauliflower in the dry mix. Make sure all the cauliflower is covered.
Spray your Air Fryer basket lightly with Olive oil.
Put your cauliflower in the basket flat. Do not stack them on top of each other. Air fry at 380 degrees for 15 minutes for them to be crispy.
Prepare your sauce in another bowl:
3/4 cup of Frank’s Red Hot Wing Sauce
1 tbsp of melted Miyoko butter
Once the cauliflower is done, toss them in your sauce.
Enjoy!
