Air Fryer BBQ Ribs

Ingredients:
1 rack of pork baby back ribs 1/4 cup of your favorite BBQ rub or seasoning 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce
Instructions:
- Prepare the Ribs:
- Start by removing the membrane from the back of the ribs. This can be done by sliding a knife under the membrane at one end and then gripping it with a paper towel to pull it off.
- Trim any excess fat from the ribs.
- Season the Ribs:
- Rub the ribs all over with your chosen BBQ rub or seasoning. Be generous with the seasoning, as this will give your ribs great flavor.
- Preheat the Air Fryer:
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Air Fry the Ribs:
- Place the seasoned ribs in the air fryer basket, bone-side down. You may need to cut the rack in half to fit it in the basket.
- Cook the ribs for about 25-30 minutes at 375°F (190°C). The exact cooking time may vary depending on your air fryer, so it’s a good idea to check on them periodically.
- Flip the ribs halfway through the cooking time to ensure even cooking.
- Apply BBQ Sauce:
- Once the ribs are nearly done, brush a generous amount of BBQ sauce onto both sides of the ribs.
- Continue Cooking:
- Return the ribs to the air fryer and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes or until the sauce caramelizes and the ribs are cooked to your desired level of doneness. The total cooking time for the ribs should be around 35-40 minutes.
- Rest and Serve:
- Remove the ribs from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes. This allows the juices to redistribute and makes for a juicier rib.
- Slice the ribs between the bones, serve with additional BBQ sauce on the side, and enjoy!
