Air fryer Shrimp And Sausage Kebabs

Ingredients:
- 1/2 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 pound smoked sausage, sliced into 1-inch rounds
- 1 bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions:
- Preheat your air fryer to 370°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, smoked sausage, bell pepper, and red onion.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the ingredients, then add the paprika, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together to ensure even coating.
- Thread the marinated shrimp, sausage, bell pepper, and onion pieces onto the soaked wooden skewers, alternating between them.
- Place the assembled kebabs in the air fryer basket, leaving a bit of space between them to allow for proper air circulation.
- Cook the kebabs in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time. The shrimp should be pink and opaque, and the sausage and vegetables should be nicely browned and cooked through.
- Remove the kebabs from the air fryer and let them rest for a minute before serving.
- Serve the shrimp and sausage kebabs with your favorite dipping sauce or alongside a salad or rice for a complete meal.
