Ingredients:

- 1 cup red grapes, halved

Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, celery, grapes, and toasted almonds.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss gently until everything is coated evenly.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to let flavors meld.
- Serve on a bed of greens, in a sandwich, or with crackers.
Tips:
- Toast almonds in a dry skillet over medium heat for 3-5 minutes, stirring constantly until fragrant and golden.
