crispy air fryer potato slices
Ingredients:
Potatoes (e.g., baby potatoes, russets, or Yukon Gold), sliced into rounds
Olive oil
Garlic (minced or powder)
Fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional additions: Paprika, onion powder, cayenne pepper, Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
1. Prepare the potatoes:
Wash and slice the potatoes into rounds.
2. Season the potatoes:
In a bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, garlic (minced or powder), chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Add any optional seasonings like paprika or onion powder if desired.
3. Cook the potatoes:
Air Fryer Method: Preheat an air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook, tossing occasionally, until golden brown and tender, about 20-25 minutes.
Oven Method: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the potato slices in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast for 25-35 minutes, or until golden brown and fork-tender, flipping halfway through.
