Air Fryer Pepperoni Rolls

Ingredients:

1 (13.8 oz) tube refrigerated pizza dough

36 slices pepperoni

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 tablespoons butter

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions:

Prepare the Dough:

Unroll the pizza dough onto a cutting board or flat surface, flattening it into a rectangular shape.

Cut the Dough:

Using a sharp knife or pizza cutter, slice the dough into nine equal rectangles.

Fill the Rolls:

Place 4 slices of pepperoni in the center of each rectangle. Top with about 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese.

Seal the Rolls:

Fold the dough over the filling, pressing to seal the seam. Fold up the ends and press to secure them as well. Place the rolls seam side down on the cutting board. Repeat until all rolls are formed.

Prepare the Butter Mixture:

Melt the butter in a small microwave-safe bowl. In another small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, salt, and Italian seasoning.

Brush and Season:

Using a pastry brush, coat each pepperoni roll with the melted butter. Sprinkle the garlic powder mixture over the top of each roll.

Air Fry the Rolls:

Place the pepperoni rolls in the basket of the air fryer, leaving a few inches between each. Cook at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
