VEGAN BEET, CARROTS AND PINEAPPLE DETOX DRINK


Ingredients:
1 medium-sized beet, peeled and chopped
2 medium-sized carrots, peeled and chopped
1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
1 cup water
Juice of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon grated ginger (optional)
Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
Place the beet, carrots, pineapple chunks, water, lemon juice, and grated ginger (if using) in a blender.
Blend on high speed until all the ingredients are well combined and smooth. If you prefer a thinner consistency, you can add more water.
Once blended, strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove any pulp or fiber. This step is optional, but it will give you a smoother juice.
If desired, pour the juice over ice cubes in a glass to serve.
Stir well and enjoy your refreshing vegan beet, carrot, and pineapple detox drink!
