Keto Garlic Parmesan Knots
Ingredients
For the Dough:
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
For the Garlic Butter Topping:
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Dough:
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese.
- Microwave for 30 seconds, then stir. Repeat until the mixture is smooth and combined (about 1-2 minutes total).
- In a separate bowl, mix the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt.
- Add the egg to the cheese mixture and stir until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the cheese mixture and stir until a dough forms.
- Shape the Knots:
- Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces.
- Roll each piece into a long rope (about 6-8 inches long) and tie it into a knot.
- Place the knots on the prepared baking sheet.
- Prepare the Garlic Butter:
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the knots, making sure to coat them well.
- Add Parmesan:
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the knots.
- Bake:
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Garnish and Serve:
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

- You can serve these knots with marinara sauce for dipping if you like.
