Air fryer deviled eggs
Ingredients:
- 6 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Paprika, for garnish
- Fresh herbs (like parsley or chives), for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Cook the Eggs:
- Preheat your air fryer to 250°F (120°C).
- Place the eggs in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-17 minutes.
- Once done, transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water to cool for about 5 minutes.
- Prepare the Filling:
- Peel the cooled eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
- Scoop out the yolks into a bowl and mash them with a fork.
- Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt, and pepper to the yolks. Mix until smooth.
- Assemble the Deviled Eggs:
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
- Sprinkle with paprika and add fresh herbs if desired.
- Serve:
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
