Philly Cheesesteak Casserole

Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef or thinly sliced steak (ribeye or sirloin)
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 large green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 large red bell pepper, sliced
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the Beef: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef or cook the thinly sliced steak until fully cooked. Drain excess fat if necessary.

- Season: Stir in the salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.
- Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and heavy cream. Stir until smooth and well combined.
- Combine Everything: Add the cream cheese mixture to the skillet and stir to combine with the beef and vegetables.
- Assemble the Casserole: Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve: Let the casserole cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
