Protein Fluff V 2.0 four ingredient! Monster Volume!
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 scoop of protein powder
- 1 small scoop stevia
- 1 Tbsp unsweetened vanilla almond milk
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix all ingredients together until combined
- Place in refrigerator for approximately one hour or the freezer for 30 minutes
NOTES
- If you want the consistency to be more like ice cream, freeze it for at least an hour
- 1 SmartPoint on WW FreeStyle Plan if you use Non-fat Plain Greek Yogurt
