Protein Fluff V 2.0 four ingredient! Monster Volume!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 scoop of protein powder
  • 1 small scoop stevia
  • 1 Tbsp unsweetened vanilla almond milk

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix all ingredients together until combined
  2. Place in refrigerator for approximately one hour or the freezer for 30 minutes

NOTES

  • If you want the consistency to be more like ice cream, freeze it for at least an hour
  • 1 SmartPoint on WW FreeStyle Plan if you use Non-fat Plain Greek Yogurt
