Weight Watchers Bread Bowl
Ingredients
- 3 cups self-rising flour
- 3 cups Fage nonfat Greek yogurt
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- seasonings of choice I would use garlic
Instructions
- Knead the dough. Shape into the size you prefer (3 points for 3 ounces of dough), on a cookie sheet lined with a silicone mat or parchment paper.
- Egg wash the bread bowls, top with garlic powder or everything but the bagel seasoning.
- Bake at 350* for 45 minutes to an hour. Once the bread starts to brown, use a toothpick to see if the inside is done.
