Weight Watchers-Friendly Orange Creamsicle Moonshine
Orange Creamsicle Moonshine
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups of granulated sugar substitute (e.g., Stevia or Monk Fruit)
- 4 cups of water
- 1 cup of sugar-free orange juice concentrate (thawed)
- 2 teaspoons of sugar-free vanilla extract
- 2 cups of 190-proof grain alcohol (or high-proof vodka)
- 1 cup of fat-free half-and-half (or unsweetened almond milk for fewer points)
Equipment:
- Large saucepan
- Funnel
- Large mixing bowl
- Glass jars or bottles for storing
Instructions:
- In a large saucepan, combine the granulated sugar substitute, water, sugar-free orange juice concentrate, and sugar-free vanilla extract.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring until the sugar substitute is completely dissolved. Allow it to cool.
- Once cooled, add the 190-proof grain alcohol (or high-proof vodka) and fat-free half-and-half (or unsweetened almond milk) to the mixture. Stir well.
- Use a funnel to carefully pour the mixture into glass jars or bottles for storing.
- Seal the containers and refrigerate the Orange Creamsicle Moonshine until ready to serve.
- When serving, keep in mind the alcohol content, and consume in moderation.
