Ingredients:
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar substitute (adjust to taste)
- Pinch of salt

Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare Muffin Pan:
- Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease each cup with cooking spray.
- Combine Dry Ingredients:
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the self-rising flour, vanilla protein powder, and a pinch of salt.
