0 Point Crustless Quiche
Ingredients:-
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup skim milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 1 cup reduced-fat shredded cheese (like cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 cup diced vegetables (spinach, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, etc.)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions:-
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spray a pie dish or baking pan with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk until well combined.
- Stir in the shredded cheese, diced vegetables, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared dish.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the quiche is set and slightly golden on top.
