0 point Chicken Chili! So good!!
Ingredients
1 lb 98% fat free ground chicken
2 cups water or / stock
1 can pinto beans
1 can diced tomatoes
1 yellow onion diced
1 bell pepper diced
1 medium tomato diced
11/2 Tablespoons chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4-1/2 tsp salt or to taste
Directions
Cook Chicken till done, add remaining ingredients cook till boil stirring, turn stove down and simmer for about an hour.
